Brain Capital GmbH founded
Brain Capital was founded in 2005 at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and grew out of a student initiative, following the motto: "from students for students".

2010
Cooperation with 6 Universities
By 2010, 350 funding contracts with students were signed.

2015
Cooperation with 14 Universities
By 2015, 1,376 funding contracts with students were signed. Brain Capital also offers funding for Master, MBA and LLM students worldwide, independent of their chosen universities.

Cooperation with 26 Universities
By 2020, 4,685 funding contracts with students were signed.

SRH University in North Rhine-Westphalia
Brain Capital and the SRH University of Applied Sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia have been cooperating since 2018 to allows students to pursue their desired degree at a private university.
